At what point did you realize it was the right time to leave your job?

I got a 4.6/5 on my review. I have training and course curriculum development certifications in all applicable fields of that job. I have management and valid real world first hand experience. I knew the territory and the players involved. But I am a bald white male. My hr lady was black, my ADO was a black female and my DO was a white lesbian. With over 15 years of operation experience and 5 years of instructor experience I got no raise or promotion, but kids with 5 years experience were getting promoted because they were either minorities, or women with huge tits and questionable Morals. So I left.
